DNS Services Home Inspection Special Rate DNS Services Home Inspections has "NewRates" Keeping in trend with the market we have established new rates to accommodate all our home buyers, sellers, and even the home owner who wishes us to give them a report on their home so they can properly maintain it. These rates are for Home Inspections in the areas Barrie, Stroud, Orillia, Wasaga Beach, Midland, Penetanguishene, Angus, New Lowell, Newmarket, Tottenham, Alliston, Elmvale, Stayner, and all of Simcoe County area. An inspection for a home with one bath room is only $199.00 plus G.S.T. For a home with more bathrooms we charge an additional $38.00 per bathroom. So on a three bathroom home the cost will be $275.00 plus G.S.T. If the inspection is a century home we will charge a flat fee of $295.00 plus G.S.T. We strive to keep our standards high but at reasonable prices. |
